Last year I personally toured more than 215 homes: not listings I glanced at online, but doors I unlocked, rooms I walked, questions I answered standing in the kitchen. That's how I work every year. If a place has a weird smell, a great light in the afternoon, or a landlord worth knowing, I know because I was there.

I sell homes as a Realtor with John L. Scott Real Estate, where I've been recognized among the company's top-producing agents. I'm also a consultant to SJA Property Management. I spent years on their leasing team before moving into this advisory role, so I still see the rental market from the inside. Buyers get an agent who knows what landlords and investors actually think.
