This policy covers pharoan.com and the text messaging programs run by Talal Pharoan, a licensed real estate agent with John L. Scott in Washington State ("we," "us").

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
• What you tell us about your rental search (for example move-in date, household size, pets, and income range) or, for vendors, about your business and the jobs you quote.
• The content of texts, calls, and emails you exchange with us, and when they happened.
• Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and device type.

• To answer your questions, schedule tours, and help with rental applications.
• To request quotes, schedule work, and coordinate repair and maintenance jobs with vendors.
• To keep records of our conversations and improve our service.
• To meet legal, licensing, and fair housing obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We use service providers that help us operate, such as our phone and texting provider and our property management software. They may process your information only to provide services to us.

Apart from the service providers above, we share information only when you ask us to (for example when you submit a rental application to the property's management company), with property owners we represent when needed for a rental or a job, or when required by law.

We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above and for our record-keeping obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing talal@pharoan.com. We may keep some records where the law requires it.
