pharoan.com is operated by Talal Pharoan, a licensed real estate agent with John L. Scott in Washington State ("we," "us"). These terms cover your use of this website and the text messaging programs described below.

We run two one-to-one text messaging programs:

• Renter customer care, 425-230-6655. Replies to questions about our rental listings, tour scheduling, directions, application information, and related follow-up.
• Vendor and contractor coordination, 425-230-6654. Quote requests, scheduling, job details, and follow-up about repair and maintenance work on rental properties we lease and sell.

Consent. You opt in by texting or calling one of these numbers, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts about a rental inquiry or a repair or maintenance job. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting a home or of any purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or job.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email talal@pharoan.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not send marketing blasts or subscription alerts through these programs.

Listing details, prices, availability, and policies can change at any time and are provided for general information. Nothing on this site or in a text message is an offer to rent, a guarantee of approval, or a lease. Only a signed lease is binding.

Please do not misuse the site, submit false information, or try to interfere with how it works. Content on this site belongs to us unless noted otherwise.

The site and our messages are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messaging programs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
